Fields
One row per published product in an active category. An empty value means not rated or not proven, never zero.

| legal_jurisdiction | Country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) of the legal entity, when a vendor page proves it; otherwise empty. |
| ownership | founder_held, eu_vc, listed, eu_pe or foreign_controlled, when proven; otherwise empty. |
| data_residency | eu_only, eu_optional or us_default, when proven; otherwise empty. |
| subprocessor_exposure | none, eu_only or us_cloud_act, when proven; otherwise empty. |
| sovereignty_dimensions_proven | How many of the four sovereignty dimensions above are proven (0–4). |
| sovereignty_rating | 0–5 in half steps, only when all four dimensions are proven. Unknown never counts as zero. |
| panel_rating | The AI panel's rating, 0–5 in half steps, exactly as the product page shows it. Empty below the evidence floor. |
| judge_ratings | Each judge's weighted verdict, 0–5. An object in JSON; "Judge: rating; …" in CSV. |
| evaluated_at | Date of the latest evaluation. |

How fresh it is
The files are generated from the live index and change the moment a product page does: a new evaluation, a re-captured source, a decided correction. Vendor pages are re-captured on a weekly schedule. Each row carries its own evaluation and capture dates.
