The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.”

  “If You are incorporated outside India, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good faith mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.”
