  “If Customer is on a paid subscription and Figma discontinues the Services Customer is using during Customer’s subscription, Figma will (a) migrate or make available to Customer a substantially similar service provided by Figma (if commercially reasonable for Figma to do so), or (b) if not, then Figma will provide Customer a pro-rata refund of fees prepaid for the remaining period of Customer’s subscription.”
