“Customer is not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a “terrorist supporting” country”

“Copper may, but is not required to, monitor, access and disclose to law enforcement and judicial authorities information concerning Customer, Customer’s account, Authorized Users and use of the Service, and Customer Content if required”

“The Service includes “commercial items,” as defined at FAR 2.101. Use of the Service by the U.S. government is limited to the license rights expressly set forth in this TOS in accordance with FAR 12.211 (Technical Data) and FAR 12.212 (Computer Software)”

“Customer may upgrade its subscription plan level, increase its number of Authorized Users or add ancillary services effective at any time during a Subscription Term, and any incremental subscription fees associated with such upgrade or increase will be charged on a prorated basis”
