Sales content management
How this is scored
Getting the right, current, approved material in front of the seller: a central library, search and recommendations in deal context, versioning and expiry so outdated decks disappear, approval workflows, templates that keep the brand, and content in several languages.
0 — Not a content tool; the product neither stores nor shares sales material.
3 — A central library of sales content with folders and search, shared to buyers from one place.
5 — A searchable content library with permissions by team or region, content surfaced in deal or CRM context, and updated versions replacing outdated material for sellers.
8 — Versioning with expiry dates, approval before publishing, content recommended by deal stage or CRM field, superseded versions replaced everywhere they were shared, brand-locked templates sellers can personalise within limits, content tagged by language and market, and usage per asset reported to the content owner.
10 — Content governance a regulated industry can rely on: every shared copy traceable to its approved master, automatic retirement of expired claims, a documented review log per asset, and export of the full library with its metadata and version history.
The CRM Integrator
The Content Hub is a documented central library with search, availability and view/edit permissions, bulk management and archiving, and content is surfaced in deal context by stakeholder role, process stage, industry and competition with machine-learning recommendations. Versioning with expiry, approval before publishing, brand-locked templates and language tagging are not documented. My exit concern bites here too: the export documentation states uploaded documents must be downloaded one by one. 2 3 10
