Roster building & demand planning
gastromatic
The captured pages promise a fully automated roster with displays of over- and under-capacity, so the system proposes a plan and flags coverage rather than just drawing a grid; we found no public information on templates, qualifications, staffing requirements per shift, work across multiple locations, or which demand figures feed the automatic plan.

Templates, positions and teams, and multi-site management are documented, and Smart Planner genuinely proposes a roster from constraints you set — daily amplitude, weekly rest days, overtime rules defaulting to the collective agreement, with priority rules down to preferring the lowest hourly rate. The demand side stays thin in public pages: staffing forecasts appear as a plan feature and a cash-register connection is claimed, but we found no public information on a named data source feeding the forecast, labour cost against budget while planning, or staff sharing across locations.
