Bookkeeping core
How this is scored
Double-entry, the chart of accounts (SKR03/SKR04), postings, journals, opening balances and period closing — the ledger underneath the pretty screens.
0 — Not a bookkeeping tool; the product writes invoices or tracks spending but keeps no books.
3 — Income and expenses recorded by category, suitable for an EÜR; the chart of accounts and free postings are basic or not described.
5 — Bookkeeping on SKR03 or SKR04 with manual postings, EÜR and double-entry supported, and standard reports such as P&L, BWA or balance sheet.
8 — Full double-entry ledger with opening balances and journals, cost centres, recurring and reversing entries, accruals, multi-year comparatives, and a period close with locking.
10 — An accountant's ledger: configurable charts including customised accounts, period locking with audit, foreign currency with documented valuation, group or multi-entity handling, and reporting that reconciles to the trial balance.
The Integrator
The captured pages show real bookkeeping rather than invoicing with spending categories: bank statements are automatically read and processed into the bookkeeping, payroll journal entries are booked into the administration, and complete annual accounts for micro and small businesses are drawn directly from the administration. The pages describe no chart-of-accounts configuration, opening balances or period close with locking, which keeps this at solid-basics level rather than an accountant's ledger. 1 4 5
