But corrections are employee self-service with approval merely optional, and the evidence shows no audit trail of who changed what — for a payroll officer that governance gap keeps it below the top band.

They claim the BAG/EuGH recording duty is met, capture 'Arbeits- und Pausenzeit rechtssicher', and compute time accounts automatically on configurable models with surcharge rates. But nothing evidences 8/10-hour maximum or 11-hour rest checks, and there is no retention statement at all — an inspection file I cannot verify from this sheet.
